Potatoes and Celery
Note: I made this up on a whim, so this recipe will be a bit rough.
3 Tbsp margarine
3 cloves garlic, diced
2 medium potatoes, chopped
1 stalk celery, small chopped
1/2 cup fried noodles from Chinese take-out, crushed (optional)
salt and pepper
Melt margarine in large saucepan on medium heat. Add garlic, saute 1 min. Add potatoes, cook until they begin to brown, stirring semi-often. Add celery and noodles (optional). Put lid on and simmer until celery has begun to soften and potatoes are done to your liking, stirring occasionally. Add egg and cook until egg is done. Season with salt, pepper and red pepper.
